| Seasonal Slip Deadlines and Payment Schedules |
| Deadlines |
| 1. Year-Round Customers |
| To keep the same slip as last year return the contact and deposit before January 4th. To change your slip, make your reservation before December 4th |
| 2. Winter Storage Customers |
| Until December 4th you have the choice of any slip in the marina in which last year's occupant did not keep their boat here for winter storage. Stop in to choose a slip. |
| 3. Summer Only Customers |
| If you would like the same clip next year, return the contact and deposit before January 4th. If your same slip is not available, you may make a slip reservation between January 4th and January 9th. We open slip sales to the general public on January 10th. |
| 4. New Customers |
| Some slips may be available now and all unsold slips will be available on a first come, first serve basis beginning January 10th. |
| Our policy of giving Winter Storage and year round customers first choice of slips is a policy that is based on our supporting customers most who support us year round. Without winter business we would be unable to keep the top professional painters, mechanics, and parts service that we have worked so hard to keep over the years. |

| 1/3 due with contract, 1/3 due March 1st, 1/3 due April 15th or when boat goes in (whichever is sooner) |
| General Public |
| 1/3 due with contract, 1/2 due April 15th or when boat goes in (whichever is sooner) |
| Interest of 1% per month will be charged on any unpaid dockage after April 15th unless special arrangements have been made in advance. |
