| Marina Policies |
| Pool Area Policies |
- Boaters must show access card upon entrance to the pool area.
- Boat owners guests may not use the pool area facilities unless accompanied by the boat owner. Marina recognizes the boat owner as only the immediate family of the person listed on the contract (spouse and children). We may make exceptions to this rule for a special need such as a full time nanny.
- Boat owners family is limited to a total of 5 guests at a time.
- Children under twelve must be accompanied by an adult (18).
- Children under 16 may not have guests in the pool area.
- No one under 16 is allowed in the whirlpool unless accompanied by their parent into the whirlpool
- Although pool/activities staff has organized activities and crafts for children, they are not babysitters and parents may not leave their children unattended.
- No running, diving, or chicken fights will be allowed.
- The marina reserves the right to prohibit anyone from the pool area who continues to misbehave.
- No glass is allowed in he pool area.
- No dogs allowed in the pool area.

| Behavior Policies |
- No loitering in the lounge area or the pool after it has closed.
- No offensive language anywhere in the marina.
- No behavior causing any annoyance or nuisance anywhere in the marina.
- No one under 18 may have any guests after 9 pm except under the direct supervision of an adult.
- Our marina is a family-oriented marina. As a result we expect that boaters will respect their neighbors by limiting the volume of their activities after 10 pm.
If our staff feels some individual is violating our policies, they will notify the marina management. If we verify its occurrence, the individual will not be allowed on the marina property for two weeks. If there is a third occurrence, the individual will not be allowed on the marina property for two months. |
| Dock Policies |
- Dinghies may not be kept on the main docks and may only be kept on your finger dock with your neighbor's permission. We do not charge for in water tie up of dinghies. We classify a dinghy as a second boat less then 13' LOA.
- Any boat owner keeping a second boat 13' or larger must register is either with the office for a seasonal rate or with the dock house on a transient basis. A second boat may not be tied up adjacent to the primary boat without your neighbors permission. If you are out overnight and leave you second boat in your slip, we will charge you to move it to the dinghy tie up location. A full list of dingy tie up locations is mailed once a year and is available in the marina office.
- If you will be out overnight or longer, you should take you lines, utility cables, and fenders with you. The marina will not be responsible for any personal property left on the docks.
- Dock boxes must be a lightweight material (not wood) and are limited to the following dimensions:

- Dock boxes must be unlocked and emptied for the winter. We suggest you remove all personal property from the docks for the winter. The marina will not be responsible for dock boxes or any personal property left on the docks for any reason.
- Steps must be lightweight material and must be less than half the width of the finger dock.
- When a boat owner expects to have the boat our of the slip for the night, they must notify the Dockmaster who may lease the slip for other purposes during this period until 12:30 pm of the expected day of return.

| Environmental Policies |
- Discharge of your head and/or holding tank into Clinton Harbor is a violation of local, state, and federal laws. There are public beaches in Clinton Harbor and people water ski and swim. We maintain a 24-hour free pump out facility at our fuel dock. There is no reason not to use it.
- Please be attentive while fueling at the fuel dock. We are responsible for logging and reporting all fuel spills.
- Dumpsters are for trash from boats only. They are not to be used for disposal of boaters residential or commercial trash.
- All waste must be disposed of in the proper dumpsters or waste facilities. If we find garbage, waste oil, or old batteries on the docks or in the parking lot and can identify it as your, we will bill you for disposal.

| Pet Policies |
- All pets must be on a leash at all times on marina property east of our service/repair building.
- Pets maybe walked along the back fence between the playground and service/repair building, along Riverside drive (outside our fence), or the area west of our service/repair building. If a pet defecates outside these areas, the boat owner is responsible for cleaning up, bagging, and disposing of the waste in our dumpsters.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or playground areas at any time.
- If we receive complaints that any of the above rules are being violated, we will ban your pet from the marina property.

| Parking Lot Policies |
- The parking area south of the road is for cars, vans, and pickup trucks only. All trailers, oversized vehicles, RV's, and trucks must be parked on the north side of our road and to the west of the playground area.

| Lounge Room Policies |
- Each boat owner may reserve the only one weekend day (Fri - Sun) between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day.
- No live music after 6 pm and no loud music anytime.
- Parties must end before 9:30 pm.
- Use of a tent must be approved by the marina. No dance floor. Size is limited to 20' x 30' and must be adjacent and parallel to the bocce court. There are underground sprinklers and no accurate map of the plumbing. Boaters having a tent placed are responsible for any damage to the sprinkler system.
- Maximum # of guests is 50.
- This is only a partial list of lounge room regulations. A full list is available in the marina office and those reserving the room will be mailed the full list of regulations.

| Interest of 1% per month will be charged on any unpaid dockage after April 15th unless special arrangements have been made in advance. |
